Trying to update to Adobe photoshop 2022 but cannot see all available options and can't increase

I purchased update for Adobe photoshop but when the instalations options come up I can't enlarge it so cannot choose language or location which means I cannot update?  Any help with this please.

My windows is updated but still having the same problem, the window that opens to download isn't big enough for my to make the choices that I need i.e. location etc. and I cannot increase it at all

Margaret, what is the resolution setting for the primary monitor connected to the computer running Windows?  Please see https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/view-display-settings-in-windows-37f0e05e-98a9-474c-317a... for information on how to check this setting.
