Hi there, when trying to sign back into my creative cloud account, it showed up as I was on a Free Trial and needed to purchase again. Assuming that somehow my account was somehow shut down, I bought the new prescription. I need help making sure that I will be receiving a refund and my second account will be cancelled immediately.
