Two Adobe Accounts

New Here ,
Sep 16, 2018 Sep 16, 2018

I just finished my Premiere trial, so the message popped up with my email, saying that I needed to purchase Premiere.  I couldn't log in, and the change password email wouldn't send, so I tried with an alternate email instead.  This one worked, meaning this was the one I already had an Adobe ID with.  So I purchases it.  Now it looks like I have purchased  it twice, and since I'm locked in for a year and can barely afford the programs I've already committed to, I'm not happy about it.  Is there a way to fix this?  Since the site told me that my original email was not associated with an Adobe ID, I'm hoping the company will correct the mistake if that's what led to an extra account.

if that fails to help, using a browser that allows popups and cookies,  contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'chat', http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/service-ccm.html
