Two Step Verification Problems

Question

My phone number has changed and I am trying to reactivate my adobe subscription, but can't get past two step verification. There are no prompts I can click to request a different way to recieve the code. I can't even sign in. Is there any way getting around this? Or do I need to make a completely new account?
