Two versions of Photoshop and Bridge in start menu, but not Adobe Creative Cloud

I continue to have both 2018 and 2019 versions of Photoshop and Bridge in my start menu, yet in my Creative Cloud app, I have only one instance of both precluding my ability to select manage and uninstall the older version.  Is it OK to uninstall the old application via the start menu or do I need to pursue another route?
