Ich habe bisher Lightroom Version 5.7.1 auf einem Windows-PC genutzt. 

Gibt es eine Möglichkeit diese Programmversion für einen iMac der neuesten Generation zu lizensieren oder muss ich Lightroom neu erwerben?

With Catalina OS- the answer is a definite NO.

to purchase Lightroom again?

Lightroom-Classic (the 'latest' update to Lightroom v5) is now available by a 12 month subscription to the Photography Plan 20Gb that includes Lightroom-CLASSIC. (paid monthly or annually).
