Unable to access to Adobe After Effect

I have subscribed to Adobe Student & Teacher's plan and Adobe After Effect is one of the softwares under this plan. However, when I tried to open up the software today, I was requested to purchase or start for a trial. Why do I need to purchase separately now when I have already subscribed to a monthly package? I have also updated the software as required by Adobe.
