Unable to change name visible on adobe portfolio, after I got my username changed

Hi Team,

So let me first brief about the history of my problem. previously I had my Adobe subscription on my daughter's account and recently I got it transered on my account. However now when I am trying to create my website using Adobe portfolio, it still shows my daughter's name...  [PERSONAL INFORAMTION REMOVED BY FORUM MODERATOR.]  I am unable to solve it.

 

Kindly requesting some help from the experts in Adobe community to have a look and suggest a sloution to my problem.  The URL to my live website for reerence is : https://chaitrasj20138902.myportfolio.com/

You need to go into your site settings and change the Title.  Currently it is showing this

I'm not positive, but I think you will need to talk to customer support. This is a public forum, not Adobe support. Users, including the ACPs and MVPs, can't provide support for account, subscription, billing, download, or product activation issues. Support for those issues requires an Adobe employee.

You must be signed in with your Adobe ID and allow cookies in your web browser for this to work.

Click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session. Typing AGENT into the chat window should connect you directly to a CSR rather than the AI.

If the CSR refers you to the forums, insist on speaking with a supervisor and keep moving up the chain until you get someone who knows what they are talking about.

I had a similar problem back then and I came across this forum to find answers. But not very instructive answers as to what need to be done. So what you actually need to do is to go to your adobe portfolio --->  Edit site --->  within the edit panel click on Settings ---> you will get a pop up, look for Search Optimisation tab ----> inside there you will see Website Title. That is the one that you need to change your name so that when people view your site, the tab will show this name.

Good lord, that was easy! I went through every possible scenario (except the SEO tab, of course) and could find NO help until finally coming upon your answer. When I think of the time that I have wasted on trying to figure this out, I wonder why Adobe doesn't have it on its Help pages. Thank you so very, very much!
