Hi,
I had an active cloud plan that I haven't used in a year or so. I have been trying to reactivate my plan, go to "choose a plan" then select the most popular all apps; click buy now but nothing happens. tried to click buy now to all other plans still nothing happens. it stays on the same page and no action is launched.
how do i get to pick a plan now?

Hi ChrissM_12,
I understand that you are not able to click Buy Now tab in order to place an order. I would suggest you to change the browser and then try it. It should work in the different browser and if it still doesn't work then please contact our support team and they will help you placing this order.
Contact Customer Care Sign in to this page. Select the product and issue and then click Still need help.
