Unable to download Adobe DNG SDK

Hi!

I am trying to download the Adobe DNG SDK because I need to validate some DNG files: https://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/dng/dng_sdk.html

However, after I hvae accepted the license terms, the page doesn't open, because connection with the server is interrupted (this happens both for the Windows and for the Mac version). I have tried with different browsers, but I always receive an error message: with Firefox, PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR, with Edge, ERR_CONNECTION_RESET. Could you please help me? Are there any network settings I should check in order to allow the download?
