I just bought a $19.99 plan for one year for After Effects. Once I select my level of perfession (beginner/expert) in it, it takes me to the "After Effects is downloading now..." page, but I get an error:

"There is no application set to open the URL aam://adobecreativecloud/?SAPCode=AEFT&version=13.5&actionList=CC-UI&passPhrase=kECCPPdayvEpUO2E4qFvZFd3GjxA73OLp3AZ4IJ1GrpOPVJgThZGD6vfffq/GqYKqu3vwkDrOh/6w0GYDVAQt62W08Hu/NtrzhRldGT9OYpBZxS3wgPkyNOYX01vAYiOFGm0bAw/TvPoVfHCOv8inLJIkz4CCDj5hSkbQN90Ogo=."

This happened on Safari. I tried it on Google Chrome and it did the same thing without any error or anything. Does anyone know a fix for this? I have an iMac 27" late 2015 model, 3.2GHx Intel Core i5, and 8 gb RAM.

Correct answer Rick Gerard

Try going to Video effects, visual effects software | Download free Adobe After Effects CC trial

When you click on download you should be asked for your Adobe Id and then Creative Cloud App should download. You install AE from the Creative Cloud app. If that does not work try going directly to the Creative Cloud Apps download and pick another app. Adobe Creative Cloud desktop apps | Adobe Creative Cloud

If you are still having problems it may have to do with the country you are in or the network you are on. If you can't get it solved contact Adobe Customer Support by phone.
