Unable to download from Creative Cloud

All, i am unable to download some apps from creative cloud. i have successfully manged to download Character Animator, Acrobat DC and Media Encoder however when i try and install Illustrator, it gets to 6% and then fails.

Any ideas on why it is doing this, i have unistalled and reinstalled the software a couple of times to try and fix it.

install the cc desktop app from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.
