Whenever I try to download Adobe Illustrator Trial Version , I receive the  Error Code : 127

According to Adobe Error Page:

Installation in root
directory
Fatal_IN_ROOT_DIR = 132Unable to install the product in the root
directory. Select another install location in your preferences and try again.

Screenshots:

I have tried the following:

- Killing background process for Adobe Files

- Running Creative Cloud as an administrator

- Uninstalling Creative Cloud using Adobe Cleaner Tool

- Deleting Temporary Files

- Attempted to rename "AAM or OOEB" Folder as old but the folders do not exist in the Adobe Folder

NOTE:  I am using Windows 10 64-Bit

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Jeff,

The same installation errors that I shared in my original post. Please see the screenshots in the original post. The Error Code is 127

Thank you for the update Vrnbw.  If the current User account is still unable to write to the temp directory then please try installing in a newly created local Administrator account.  You can find details on how to set up a new local administrator account at Adobe troubleshooting: Creating an admin account in Windows.

Vrnbw it appears that your current User account either doesn't have access to the Temp directory or security software is preventing the installation of required files to your Temp directory.

You can find details on how to adjust the file permissions for the Temp directory at Error exit code 6, exit code 7 installing Adobe Creative Cloud.

Its seems that I do have access to the temporary folder. As I mentioned tried doing that.

I am able to download the Adobe Creative Cloud software but I am not able to download programs (Illustrator, photoshop etc) through Creative Cloud

I also tried a direct download of Adobe Illustrator and still was not able to download the trial version.
