Hello,
I just changed my Mac and I switched to version M1, everything is up to date with version 11.5.2.
I downloaded Adobe Creative Cloud but when I want to install the applications (photoshop, illustrator...) I get an installation failure message, code 403. So I looked for updates to do but they are all up to date. I uninstalled, reinstalled, nothing works...
Could you please help me?

Margaux5C, sorry you are continuing to encounter error 403.  You mentioned that you moved to a new Mac computer using an M1 processor. What process did you use to move from one computer to another?  Did you migrate any files to the new computer?  What options did you choose during the migration?

Hello, thanks to your answer.

No, I didn't migrate anything from one computer to another, I just wanted to install adobe software on a new computer on which there was nothing installed before.

Thanks for the additional information, Margaux.  Great work on not migrating/copying apps from one computer to another!  The practice can lead to very unusual behavior on the new computer.

Error 403 indicates that there was a problem downloading the necessary files.  Please try the suggestions in https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/download-update-errors.html#troubleshoot_network_connectiv... to correct the cause of the download failure. In addition, I would recommend focusing on the firewall configuration, as a software firewall may be misconfigured, or a hardware firewall may need to be updated to provide the same level of access as was given to the old Mac.

Hi Jeff,

As it turns out I too just got an M1 14" MBP. I did initially try to migrate files but cancelled it midway. Having problems now downloading adobe suite- keep seeing error 403, everything is updated including creative cloud.

Thanks!

Do you have a Mac user profile with administrative rights to install software?

I am facing the same Error 403 issue when installing PSD or any other tool from the Creative Cloud.
I have 2021 Apple M1 Pro running macOS Monterey.
I am the owner of the Adobe Account and license. I am running it on my old Mac.
But as the Adobe page states I should be able to install apps on multiple devices.

Make sure your computer meets the minimum CPU & GPU requirements for Photoshop CC.

Update Creative Cloud Desktop App.

You may install & activate on up to 2 devices concurrently.
