Unable to Install Adobe DC

I downloaded the dmg file (2.9GB). Nothing happens when I click on Open button in pop up. I purchased Adobe DC Pro.

Go to System Preferenes and check whether the Mac is awaiting for Allow permission as show in below pic.

If yes , unlock the Padlock and click on Allow.
