Unable to install Adobe Premiere Elements

Downloaded the product and it wanted to be unzipped. Did this but now it will not open and if I try to reinstall get message serial number invalid, but it is showing in my account. No idea how to install it so I can use it. Help would be appreciated.

This is not Adobe support... NEVER EVER post a serial number in a public forum

I have download has per Adobe insertions’
I still cannot entre my serial No <removed-kglad>
I have tried many time but each time I am told the code is invaded

Please Help as I am going round and round
