Unable to install my newly purchased version of Adobe Photoshop Elements 10. After inputing the serial number, I get partway through the install process and then I see that everything is being backed out. Id it possible that I have a defective CD? Please advise a telephone for Adobe Technical support.

I found a doc Install rollback | Photoshop Elements | Windows that provides information on installation rollback. I'd suggest that you use the doc before calling up customer support.
