Unable to install products via CCM because Bridge is running in the background

asked to close Bridge.exe to complete download. Bridge was not open and can't find bridge.exe on search. Solution?

Open Task Manger and get to the Processes Tab. Click on Bridge.exe and then click on End Process.

If you're running a Windows machine, you'd like to right click on the task bar and the choose task manager. From the processes tab, look for the bridge.exe running in the background. Select the process Bridge.exe and then End process or End Process tree. and then you should be good to go.
