Hi,

I already have a Creative Cloud membership as a student account. After I downloaded Photoshop, I want to try using Adobe XD but when I downloaded it, it just popped up with a lot of problems. I am using Window10 and the latest version but still cannot download Adobe XD

Please find the attached picture to see my problem.

Please help me !!

Moving the discussion to Creative Cloud Download & Install forum.

Hi Trann,

Sorry that you are unable to install Adobe XD on your machine. Could you please click on "More Information" and troubleshoot the error using the solution on this link: - Creative Cloud download and install errors?

If it still persists, please share the OS build that you are using so that we may assist you further.

Thanks,

Hi,

- What Adobe applications are currently installed on the Windows computer? I'm using Adobe Creative Cloud for students. I already installed Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier, After Effect, Muse, In Design, Reader, Acrobat, Encoder, Dreamweaver

- can you also please respond with the operating system that you are attempting to install Adobe XD on? I'm using Win 8. I already updated it

- do you have an older version of Adobe XD already installed? No

- If you use the process listed in Launch Creative Cloud apps are you able to open Adobe XD? No I don't see it in the screen

Thanks for the clarification, Trann.  To use the current release of Adobe XD requires Windows 10 to install and run.  Please utilize Adobe XD that meets the system requirements listed in Adobe XD System requirements .

If the computer is running a 64-bit version of Windows 8.1 then it likely will support an upgrade to Windows 10.
