Unable to log in, no apps will work

Hi,

I launched Lightroom Classic today and a blue spinning wheel is the only thing I'm seeing.

Launching the creative cloud app and only a blue spinning wheel is what I am seeing. Nothing works, I cannot log in, I cannot launch the application, what a piece of junk.

Then after about 5 minutes Lightroom throws and error saying "Contact customer support using reference code 201", but the how do I raise an issue with Adobe support?

Thanks, help would be appreciated.

Check your graphics drivers for updates!

Disable "Use GPU" in the preferences.

I left issues last night and now after work (20 hours later) discovered there was 1 new update for Creative Cloud and 1 new update for lightroom. After updating all issues were resolved.

Since I was having issues connecting from home PC and phone (over 4G, seperate internet connection) I believe there might have been and issue connecting to the servers from my location for some reason. (I live in Australia)

Try with the steps mentioned in the below link :

How to fix the issue of Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app not opening or showing a spinning progress wheel

Also as a optional step, if possible , try with different Internet connection.

Am I the only one getting connection issues here?

I tried on my iPhone using 4G and can't connect to the adobe servers (completely different internet connection than windows PC). Creative cloud and lightroom do not connect and seem to be timing out.

I just tried going to Adobe Creative Cloud to download the latest APP and it timed out saying:

Unable to Install Creative Cloud

Seems as though Adobe is having server issues.  I can't open ANY of their programs without getting the sign in notification and when I try to sign in, I'm told there's a server issue.  Just off the phone with Adobe, they can't say when this issue will be fixed but they are working on it.  Perfect reason why this subscription nonsense is BS!
