Unable to log into LWS using Primary Administrative account.

It says "Adobe does not recognize you as an authorized user of this web site."  After 45 minutes with Adobe's chat support I was directed to ask how to login on the forums.

I am actually looking for an export of my "teams" licensing, who they are assigned to, when they were assigned, and which administrator assigned them.

I will attempt to contact them again, but I have already spent 45 minutes with someone and they directed me to ask on the forums.
