After clicking on "Confirm Membership", it takes forever to load.
I've tried clearing cache and cookies, different browsers, different PC and different credit cards. Nothing seems to work.
Paypal method just keeps asking me to "specific billing address".
Anyone experience this problem before? Adobe chatline couldn't offer me solution too.

Hi Jason,
The billing details such as phone number, shipping address are all missing. Please fill a fresh order with all details & use only the payment method that is acceptable

I have retried many times with address and phone number and even send a screenshot to the chat line. Still, I am unable to make payment. Is there other places I need to fill out the details?
