Hi All,

All of a sudden I'm having the following issue (see screenshot below). Everything used to work fine before. I've searched all the forum topics and unfortunately nothing seems to be working. I'm wondering if anyone is having this issue in 2016 on a MAC. And how to solve it.

OSX 10.9.5

I went through all 4 steps outlined above in the 'activation network issues' and I still have the same error message. I have been getting this message for several weeks now and I cannot update Photoshop, lightroom, inDesign, After Effects, or Animate CC. I have just updated to El Capitan 10.11.5 this morning and the same problem persists. Can anyone shine some light on what is happening, or how to fix this? thanks

I'm having the same problem. I've tried all of the 4 steps too but still have the same problem. Any suggestions most welcome.
