Unable to register second license on serial number.

I purchased two licenses for Adobe Pro 2015 awhile back. I have one installed under my account. When I try to have someone else register the second license under their account, they get a message that "The serial number is already in use". Any suggestions?

you should be using your license portal to manage your two licenses.
