Unable to update Creative Cloud

Everytime I try to update my Creative Cloud the update stops by 2% and later I got a error code 204. Can you help me with this?

Unfortunately not. 204 says "Occurs when there is a problem accessing a critical file/directory during download." How do I find out which file/directory is the problem?

Are you logged in as an Administrator or a restricted user?

If not: Try to start the CC desktop app with as admin.
