unable to use free trial of adobe illustrator even it says free trial for  days on adobe creative cloud a pop um nessage comes up when i open illustrator saying start your 7 day free trial plz help

Are you trying to tell us you have a paid Creative Cloud plan but Illustrator keeps launching in trial mode?

Try logging-out of Creative Cloud desktop and log-in with your paid Creative Cloud ID and password.

no i am on trail version but when i start adobe illustrator a pop ask for 'start your free 7 day trail' (when it alredy says your trail expires on 7 days on creative cloud app)

I don't understand the problem.  Hit Start 7 day trial to use the software.
