Unauthorised upgrade to CC for Teams?!

I found a pending transaction for £50.56 for the following on my bank account today:

ADOBE SYSTEMS SOFTWARE 044-207-3650 IE

After some digging I've logged into my account and can see that yesterday (August 3rd) I was put on the following plan??

Creative Cloud for teams

Team name: 2ACE16255795D0537F000101Team

I never authorized this and I'm going round in circles on your website trying to find a suitable way to contact someone to sort!

Please cancel this plan immediately and refund my £50.56! Please can someone also explain why this has happened.

Very unhappy!!

This is a user to user forum. Please contact adobe via chat (24/24 7/7) or via phone (during business hours).

To contact Adobe, as being logged in, click the following link: Contact Customer Care , choose "Account Issues",

choose whatever you think is best in the second selection,

and use "show me my contact options"...

...and there you are:

You need to be in the zone that is allocated to your account for this to work. As for this example post, I changed to the UK, to get the UK link, but I could not go any further with that one. (The link above is the uk contact link.)

I would choose chat, because it's 24/24 and 7/7 and because you will get send a transcript of your interaction with Adobe, if you click that option.

Please come back to this forum to give a progress report, especially if you do not get the issue sorted out.
