Unauthorized Adobe charge on credit card, no help

I found a fee on my credit card for ADOBE PHOTOGRAPHY PLAN. I have no idea what this is. We only have a Creative Cloud subscription. I wasted an hour on Chat with someone who knew absolutely nothing (and that was after waiting 45 minutes to even get on chat). Then the person promised Billing would call me within 24 hours. No call. Phone contact is useless, hold is forever.

I see others have had this problem also.

Do you have the Full Subscription to all of Adobe's software?

The Photography plan is for Lightroom and Photoshop. Is that what you mean by Creative Cloud subscription?

Go to https://accounts.adobe.com/ and click Plans & Products on the top bar

-then click VIEW YOUR PRODUCTS on the right to find a list of your programs and serial numbers

No other user in this open forum can help with a billing issue, you will have to go back to chat
