In order to signout of the Creative Cloud Desktop app:

Sign in and sign out to activate or deactivate Creative Cloud apps

How to logout in Creative Cloud?

In order to uninstall Creative Cloud app:

Uninstall the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application

Uninstall or remove Creative Cloud apps
