Hello,

I want to uninstall Adobe photoshop CC 2017 from my Mac running on Os Sierra, but I keep getting error alerts when I try to.

Such as, uninstallation of creative cloud completed with errors and can't be uninstalled because something about apps on the desktop using them still.

I deleted Creative cloud from the desktop, but it is still showing up on my Mac applications.

Can someone please help guide me through this. It is very frustrating and I even re downloaded the uninstaller and am having a problem.

What was the exact wording of the error message?

See if this works:

Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

I get the message "The creative cloud applications installed on your computer require Creative cloud for desktop to function properly. Do you still want to go ahead with the uninstallation process.">>> i click ok or yes

Then i Continue on with the uninstallation and get the following message "uninstallation of creative cloud completed with errors."
