Genius that I am, I installed PS10 Elements before reading any instructions. When the install was complete, I realised that had installed the Windows 32-bit version on my brand new Windows 7 64-bit box. I know, I know, the CD says to start with disk 2 for Windows 7 64-bit. So now what's the best course of action? Should I uninstall from the Control Panel and start over - with CD 2? Do I need to do anything beyond uninstalling to clean-up the 32-bit installation before beginning the 64-bit install?

Uninstall from the control panel and then re-install using Disk 2 , and you will be good to go
