Uninstall without creative cloud?

Question

My creative cloud is corrupted. but i cant uninstall it due to having dependant programs installed on the computer. however if you attempt to uninstall the dependant programs it attempts to do so through the corrupted creative cloud , which does not load correctly. should i just nuke the folders and hope for the best?

Josey, please see https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html for steps you can take to remove and reinstall the Creative Cloud desktop app.  Please make sure to follow the link under solution two and download and run the linked Uninstaller utility.
