Uninstalling all 32 bit adobe software

I have not upgraded to Catalina because I still have a number of 32 bit apps. Most of them are adobe products. What is the best way to uninstall these files. FYI I have the 2019 versions of various adobe products. Thanks

Wipe Adobe products from your system with the Adobe Cleaner Tool. https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html
Restart computer.
Upgrade to Catalina
Install Creative Cloud dekstop app.
Restart computer.

I am just about to upgrade from Mojave to Catalina and have 4 Adobe Uninstall apps left.
COCM, COPS, CORE, CORG
Does anyone know where these came from and what they uninstall please?
I tried running one and it opened Creative Cloud and gave "STI_ColorCommonSet_RGB_HD Preferences" Cancel - Remove - Keep.

I assume they are rubbish from a past install, but should I run them first to remove anything left before deleting them?

No need to know what it does. Just remove everything.
Do a fresh install of Creative Cloud as if this were a brand new computer which it will be after you upgrade to Catalina.
