Atachments to my emails are now saved in a PDF format to the cloud regardless of the original format (i.e. Word, Jpeg etc.) in the last few days without my permission - how can I restore file atachments to their original formats?

i'm not aware of any adobe setting that would cause that.  certainly there's no adobe program (eg, adobe reader, adobe acrobat etc) that automatically does that.

depending on what adobe services you have you could post to forums that might address whether you're subscribed to an adobe service (eg, pdf online) that could do that.

I don't take any steps to save email attachments to adobe. I cannot make
any WORD attachments like I used to make in the past - they now convert
automatically to PDF files and get saved in the "cloud". I want to get back
to attaching files in their original "WORD", "EXCEL" or any other format
without boing converted to a PDF file.
