Update Acrobat XI PRO failure

I get always the following message:Bild 1.jpgI stopped the firewall and the Windows defender but nothing happend. Are there anybody to help me?

p.s. if that doesn't lead the the german version updates for you, google: "site:adobe.com german updates"
