Hi,
We have a machine than cannot be connected to the internet. The machine is windows 10 x64 and has installed:
To comply with our standards we need to regularly update this machine with the latest updates but the machine can never up connected to the internet. Is there a way to manually download updates to put on and encrypted memory stick and to update the offline machine?
I tried searching but come up empty.
Thanks
Hi Ashleyh15603165,
Could you please help us with the version of these Adobe products?
All the product updates are available on the following page: Adobe software and product updates. Click on the name of the product and it will list the updates available.
Note: Adobe is no longer providing updates for Creative Suite products, the last updates pushed are listed in the above link.
Let us know if you have any more queries.

Thanks that link is just what I was looking for. I haven't got access to the machine at the moment but it will have the latest versions as downloaded from your site last week.
In terms of the creative suite that I guess would include Photoshop and Framemaker. If abode are no longer providing updates I assume they are no longer supported?

Updates run for a few years then you have to pay for an upgrade. Most current products need a net connection to install. Don’t think you told us the versions you have.

Adobe now only offers the current and ONE previous version, and that is via being connected to the Internet
You MAY be able to get a direct link from support, but I don't think it will be posted publicly again
Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link below
Do be aware that wait times are sometimes long before an agent responds

You MUST make sure that your browser does NOT block ads, scripts, or pop-ups
You MUST also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for the link to work
This will NOT work if you are using a VPN

Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person

X (aka Twitter) tweet @AdobeCare
