update creative cloud

Hello,

the app creative cloud tell me it has updates but when I try to install the application is closed. This happens for 2 weeks. How I can fix this?

Pablo Enefecto3D what application is closed exactly?  What update are you trying to apply?  Do you receive any specific error messages?  Finally what operating system are you using?

Hi Jeff A Wright,

the aplication closes is "creative cloud". I attached a screenshot with the message. My operating system is Windows 7.

When I select "update" (Actualizar) the application quits. Then appear the same window again.
