Update to Lightroom 6.14 does not work "

Question

tHello,I bought used licenses for LR5 (standalone) und LR6 (upgrade). After installing the Application Manager, I could install LR5, but not LR6. The error message on my german copy is "Dieser Patch ist für Sie nicht geeignet" which means something like "This patch is not suitable/applicable for you". Can someone help me please, which steps I have to perform? I'm afraid my LR5 copy is not accepted to be upgraded?What I noticed by the way:* I see both licenses in my Adobe account.* The "Registration" of LR5 shows an error after some seconds ("no internet Connection") - which is not trueThanks for any help and best regardsMarkus

Thanks - Solution: not trying to install the version 6.14 directly. First, install the "basic" Version, then update to 6.14. This should be shown more clearly to the users to avoid further similar (and annoying) installation problems.
