Updates for Apps not showing up

New Here ,

The main reason I need to update my apps would be for Illustrator CC 2019. As you may know, v23.0.1 has their crashing error. For me it happens when I open the app with no wifi, and it crashes right after loading. I heard that in v23.0.2 this was fixed, but for some reason it still says there are no updates available! I even tried to download the app directly from the adobe website, but that only has 2018. What could be the problem here?

Does your operating system meet the new requirements?

Minimum System requirements for Cloud Programs... scroll down and check each program

Also...

CC desktop lists applications as "Up to Date" when they are not

LATEST

So I first did try that and do a clean installation of Adobe CC 2019 again, but apps still didn't want to update to the latest version. (They were at the second latest version) Then I switched back to 2018. But when I checked all the updates there, now they were actually for the latest version for some reason, so yeah now I'm up to date haha.
