Updating Creative Cloud stuck at 33% and the Installation Illustrator doesn't even initiate

Help, I am new to the forum and I dont know much about IT.

I managed to install Creative Cloud which opens regularly and I have all the app available for download BUT

Th creative cloud automatically launched an update which got stuck at 33% .

I tried to install Illustrator but its' idle  reading: " Waiting" and not initiating the installation.

 

Is there anything I can do, this doesnt look promising.

adobe downloads are very slow but, if waiting for an hour shows no update, close cc and restart your computer.

 

recheck to see if the download had completed or if you need to restart again.
