Updating Creative Cloud stuck

I have been trying to update creative cloud desktop for several days, but every time it stops at some percentage and does not move further.

I had a similar issue.

Make sure that you have all Windows updates that are available.

The one thing that was causing it for me, believe it or not, was that I needed to do a clean installation of the latest Studio graphics driver from the NVIDIA website. After doing that and restarting, all was OK.

I've been having the same issue. Mine will not update at all. It stays at 0%. I am trying to uninstall and reinstall and it won't even let me do that because it says the program is still busy. Hoping someone has a solution to this so I can finally get Photoshop downloaded on my new computer.
