Updating Issues from 2015 CC to 2017 CC
Hi Folks,
Been having lots of issues with updating AI, PS, Muse and Id, i've used many methods to update but found it very frustrating that nothing has worked but caused more problems.
I want to update to 2017, as the softwares have become very laggy recently and crashing quite often. But when I try to update them, message pops up " Unable to extract files" comes up.
I have tried the below:
- Uninstalled Indesign as a tester and cannot reinstall due "Unable to extract files". So, I'm 1 software down and afraid to try the others..
- Also uninstalled the Adobe Cloud with the Cloud Cleaner and reinstall but still no solution.
- Tried to set up an Admin account to update etc...but doesn't work either...
Can anyone suggest something else I can try.
Using a Dell 3800, Windows 10, 64bit. SSD, 16GB Ram.
