Updating Photoshop does not work

When trying to update software in Adobe CC I get an error:

Update failed - Download error Please Retry again or contact customer support (49)

Hi,

Please try:-

Open Temp folder.

Clear the Temp folder content.

Disable your computer Firewall and Antivirus for sometime.

Launch CC Desktop and try downloading Apps.
