For two weeks now, I have been unable to downoal routine updates. I get a window that says "Adobe online error" and "file could not be downloaded" and "An unknown internet error has occurred" And there is a long http://cgi... address. Please send me an Adobe tech support e-mail address to which I can mail the screen shot of the above and/or tell me what is happenning and how to fix it. Thanks!

First do not share your personal e-mail address on public forums, not a good practise. I have removed it.

Secondly, you may try and update your PS from the below link abd check :-

I have had the same problem (with the same apparent "unknown internet error") for some time. The update link above cannot find my file. I do not have the original disks for a full re-install, because I was part of a group project (the legitimate and limited install on related machines). Does anyone have another suggestion to get proper updates?

Tourach do you have Photoshop 7.0 currently installed or are you looking for the installation files for Photoshop 7.0?
