Some questions for Acrobat 9 upgrade to 11

1st.) Is the below confirmation this is full acrobat 9 version

If YES, from online purchase can we just BUY upgrade version of Acrobat 11 pro and we can get the full version of Version 11?

Hope to hear from anyone. I talk to an agent but was disconnected and they are offline now.

The image you show is not proof it is a full version.  There are basically two versions... 1) Full version  2) Upgrade version    Both versions work identically, the licensing arrangement (and price you pay) is just different.  So the image you show could be of an upgrade version.

Still, if you own an upgrade version then it indicates you also own a version that quailified you for purchasing the upgarde and you can purchase an upgrade to another version.  Version 9 is a valid version from which to upgrade to version 11.

If you buy an upgrade version you do not buy a full version, but you get all the features and functionality of a full version.

Addendum:  I guess they make it difficult to find how to purchase a license for Acrobat Pro (versus getting a subscription).  What I did to find a way was to type in "buy Acrobat Pro" in the search field at the top of the Adobe site web page. The results included a section at the top with a choice to "Buy now" which lands you in a shopping cart with the full version... then choose "Edit" to change from the Full version to an upgrade.

Yeah I done that so I can see upgrade and full version when i purchase. So it is safe to safe, even I have upgrade or full version 9 Pro I can still get upgrade version of Version 11 and it will still works like a full version?

In that case, what is the difference between full and upgrade version?

As I already indicated: Both versions work identically, the licensing arrangement (and price you pay) is just different.
