How I can upgrade from Lightroom 4 to Lightroom 6 Stand alone version?

I do not want Creative Cloud.

Thanks! I have now bought Lightroom 6 but the version I got is 6.3. Why dont I get the latest version (is it 6.12?)) Nothing happens when I click "Help" and "Upgrade"..
