Upgrade on Mac

Question

I recently updated my Photoshop CC 2015 to Photoshop CC 2017 only to find that I now have a trial version of Photoshop CC 2017 with a 7 day expiration.

How do i resurrect my membership and activate this version. I am/was (not sure now) paying $10.00 a month membership and have been for some time.

I did recently change my email and update my password. Is that the problem?
