    Hi biflores,

LiveCycle Designer software is now sold separately. Visit the LiveCycle Designer product page ( http://www.adobe.com/products/livecycle/designer/index.html ) for details.

Acrobat XI Pro users can use the new Forms Central desktop app for form creation.

Customers who have been using LiveCycle Designer and have upgraded to Acrobat XI Pro are eligible for a free upgrade to the latest version of LiveCycle Designer.

To request your free upgrade, please fill out and submit the form from the following link : https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/support/index.cfm?event=opencscase&loc=en_us&csedutype=ACROXIPAU&issue=ACROXIPAUZ006

Please refer the KB Doc : http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/upgrade-livecycle-designer-acrobat-xi.html

Hello I understand this, I work for Cisco and we have a volume license for adobe acrobat pro.  I need to know the activation serial number for ES4 as all other ways to get it are failing.  The old Volume license is <removed the serial number- Moderator>  general license under Kristen Stafford.  When installing acrobat X1 our clients are not able to use the livecycle es4.  Please provide the key.  Or give me a phone number to call to talk to someone on how to get this.

    Thank you
