your required to sign in to the cc desktop app in order to use you adobe applications, but you should be prompted to sign in, at most, once per month or when you sign out.

Thanks a lot.

Many times I have to exit Creative Cloud to use Ps on a laptop.
I imagine that is the reason why it asks me to sign in again on the PC.

you can be simulaneously signed-into two devices without signing out of either.  if you have 3 or more devices, signing out/in is necessary.
