Video background

Dear members,I want to know if the following is possible with any free service of asopbe liuke adobe spark as they say:Is it possible that I can make a video background with eithjer ready made library of videos like moving water in a sea an/or I can insert my own video and I myself in front of that back ground video( in layers videos, you may call) and talking or singing. Please noit I mean I want to do it online on laptop with windows and not by installing any app in mobile. And if any app for the above purpose is available for windows, I may use it. But i feel at this point of time, there must be an option of doing all this stuff online Bsst regardsDr. Shahzad Waseem

I think what you want is a website like Adobe Portfolio that has a CMS for adding and editing content online. Portfolio comes free with qualifying Creative Cloud plans.

Background video won't work on all devices. It's best to keep video in the foreground just like YouTube does it.

If you want to create a video with a moving background, the following Adobe software can do that.

Premier Pro
Premier Elements
Premier Rush
After Effects

Completed video project can be exported to MP4 file and uploaded to your website or favorite video sharing site (YouTube, Vimeo, etc...)
